These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website clevkit.com(hereinafter “Website”) and the free online tools it offers.

By using the Website, users declare that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. In case of disagreement, even partial, please refrain from using the Website.

ClevKit is a collection of free online tools for manipulating text, images, data and files. The tools are accessible directly from the browser, without requiring registration or software installation.

The Service offers a complete free version that includes access to all available tools. A paid Pro plan is also available, described on the Pricing page, which removes the advertising present in the free version while keeping all other features intact.

Most tools run entirely on the user's device (client-side processing): uploaded files are not sent to external servers, unless expressly indicated.

Access to the Website is free and does not require registration to use the free tools. Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Website. Minors may access the Website only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The operator undertakes to ensure the availability of the Service as far as possible, but does not guarantee continuity or absence of interruptions.
